One Aldwych, London’s leading contemporary luxury hotel in Covent Garden, has commissioned SHW to develop the design and equipment specification for the refurbishment of its kitchen serving its Indigo restaurant, Room Service and private events.
Indigo overlooks the hotel’s dramatic Lobby Bar and serves Modern European dishes from Dominic Teague, Executive Chef.
Following the kitchen refurbishment it will reopen in Spring 2015.
