We recently took a client to Jestic Foodservice Equipment to carry out tests on a signature dish for a new restaurant.  With a brief to cook within a minute, we tested both the Woodstone Gas fired hearth oven and the Sveba Dhalen pizza deck oven.  We managed the cook time in each to 1m11s with great results.
